All Forms are available online through TeacherEase (Links below) with the exception of the Student Health Enrollment Form. That one must be done on paper and turned in to the office.
Also, most of the forms are fillable PDFs which means you can type your data into them, then print and sign if you choose to turn in paper copies.

New Family Registration is for those families that are completely new to our district and do not have students enrolled with our district.
Returning Students/Families is for those that do currently have students enrolled and have TeacherEase access. If you have students enrolled, but do NOT have access to TeacherEase, please email Mr. Summers at firstname.lastname@example.org and he will get you taken care of.
