4 Day School Week Update
In an effort to recruit and retain highly qualified teachers for our students, the Otterville RVI Board of Education approved a 4 day school week for the 2020-2021 school year with a start date of August 25, 2020. School will not be in session on Mondays. Final calendar will be approved at the March BOE Meeting and will be released shortly after. We greatly appreciate all of the communication, feedback and support of our community.
Anyone interested in providing childcare in their homes next year is welcome to submit your contact information to Mrs. Beltz at cbeltz@ottervillervi.k12.mo.us
We are not endorsing any one person or persons, however, we would like to share out information for you to the community to support those in need of childcare next school year. These listings will be shared in the next newsletter. Please share with Mrs. Beltz by March 15th to be included in the list.
Pick -Up Procedure Information
For the safety of all students and staff, as well as a reduction in interruptions in classrooms. Beginning March 2nd, the doors will not open until 5 minutes til 3:00p.m. for parents who are picking up students. When you are able to enter at 5 til 3:00, please DO NOT go past the benches in the hallway. Parents are not to go to classrooms, as instruction and end of day routines need to not be interrupted.
